At room temperature, our food jar can keep food hot for 6 hours and cold for 12 hours, thanks to the double-wall vacuum insulation. To open the lid quickly, follow these steps: 1) Lay it flat and hold the small circle wrench. 2) Pull the wrench up to 90 degrees. 3) Due to the vacuum insulation, hold the wrench and press down 1-2 times to let the air in. 4) Remove the lid easily (Note: Don't let the internal rubber stopper get stuck in the lid).

The included lunch bag is made of waterproof cloth with a middle layer of pearl cotton and an inner waterproof aluminum foil lining. It can keep your food warm for 12 hours and fresh for 24 hours. The set also comes with a dual-purpose flatware.
